Trouble with alerts, permissions, Telegram setup or branch routing. Open Profile in the Fetan SMS app and use the support contact shown there — it reaches the team that can look at your account.
Telegram
Our official alert bot — the same one that delivers your deposits — is also the fastest way to reach us. Connect it from inside the app, then simply send us a message.
Payments & subscriptions
Uploaded a transfer screenshot and waiting? Our team reviews payment proofs in the Admin Console and activates your plan once verified. Message us if a payment has not been actioned.
Become a sales partner
We work with resellers and sales partners across Ethiopia. Partners get a referral coupon, a restricted portal of their own, and a commission on every subscription payment their customers complete. Tell us about your market and we will set you up.
Privacy & data requests
To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have your account permanently deleted, follow the steps on the data deletion page. Requests must come from the phone number on the account.
We will never ask you for a password, PIN, OTP or card number — not by phone, not on Telegram, not in the app. If someone claiming to be from Fetan Technologies asks for any of those, it is not us. Report it to us and to your bank.
