How to make the request

Send us a deletion request through any of these channels, from the phone number registered on the account:

In the app — open Profile and use the support contact shown there.
On Telegram — message our official alert bot, the same one that delivers your deposit alerts.
From this website — see the Contact page for every available channel.

Include in your message:

the phone number you registered with;
the name on the account;
the words "please delete my account and data".

We verify that the request comes from the account holder before deleting anything — otherwise anyone could erase someone else's business records. Verification is normally a confirmation from the registered phone number.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile: name, phone number and registered device identifier.
Your subscription and trial records, and the payment-proof screenshots attached to them.
Your connected Telegram chat identifiers and any branch routing rules you created.
Server-side delivery records associated with your account.
Diagnostic events recorded from your device.

What we may have to keep

A small amount of information may be retained where the law requires it — principally accounting records of payments we verified, and records we need to establish or defend a legal claim. These are kept only for as long as that obligation lasts, are not used for anything else, and are then deleted.

If a sales partner earned a commission on your subscription, the commission record continues to exist as a financial record, without your personal details attached to it.

Data on your own phone

Your transaction history lives in the app's private storage on your device. Uninstalling Fetan SMS removes it, and immediately stops the app reading any SMS. Deleting your account on our side does not by itself wipe the copy on your phone, so uninstall the app as well if that is what you want.

Alerts already delivered to Telegram are messages in those chats and belong to the chats' members. We cannot delete them for you — remove them in Telegram, or delete the chat.

How long it takes

We confirm receipt as soon as we see the request, and complete deletion normally within a few business days of verifying it. We will tell you when it is done.

Before you delete

Deletion is permanent. Your transaction history, reports and subscription record cannot be restored afterwards, and any remaining paid period is lost. If you only want to pause, uninstalling the app stops everything without deleting your account — and if you simply want alerts to stop going to a particular person, disconnect that chat in Settings → Alerts instead.

Other options

Stop forwarding to someone — disconnect their Telegram chat in the app.
Stop forwarding a bank — turn that bank off in the app's forwarding settings.
Stop SMS reading entirely — revoke the SMS permission in Android settings, or uninstall the app.
